At Framer, I owned and project managed all email streams, sending targeted messages to relevant segments at different points in a user’s lifecycle. These messages included onboarding emails, product updates, engagement emails, and resurrection emails. Through proper email segmentation, the team was able to increase open rates, click rates, and conversions.

I PMed a very technical project in partnership with a backend engineer in order to streamline Framer’s email platforms to enable sending all non-transactional emails from one place. This set Framer up for success for future email campaigns, allowing them to send properly targeted emails to each segment and ensuring that no one accidentally gets the same email twice.
